This business was started for one simple reason: to help people recover what is rightfully theirs and to restore a sense of fairness to a broken situation.

It all started years ago when my uncle’s elderly neighbor fell behind on his property taxes. The property—a family home handed down by his parents—was sold at a public tax deed auction and purchased by another neighbor. He was promptly evicted, and his home was demolished just to expand the lot next door. My uncle took him in, but the tragedy didn't end there. Because he no longer had a permanent address to receive notifications, and lacked the legal know-how to navigate the system, he never claimed the surplus funds he was legally entitled to.

Even as a kid, deep down, I knew that wasn’t right. Years later, the memory of that injustice never faded. I decided to look into the system and pledged to help others who fall victim to the tax deed sale process.
